Our team will email the customer with the details of the order that they have sent. If we receive a reply within one day regarding any changes (relating to size and measurement), we will incorporate those changes. Otherwise we will proceed with the order that we had initially received from the customer which will be according to our size chart. The company will not be responsible after this if their is any complaints regarding size and measurement from the customer. If in case the mistake lies on our end we would be more than happy to do the necessary for returning or exchanging the item.
